We pride ourselves in the quality of our traditional Scottish baked goods prepared on the premises daily and our friendly welcome. Why not drop by and enjoy a pot of one of our wide range of speciality teas sourced through Brodies of Edinburgh. In addition to our biscuits and cakes we offer breakfast and lunch including a daily homemade hearty traditional soup. All available to sit in or take away.

‘Clarinda’ (Agnes Maclehose 1759 – 1841) was a friend and mentor to Scotland’s national poet. Robert Burns, and was the inspiration for his popular love song, “Ae fond kiss”. her memorial stone can be found in the nearby Canongate churchyard.
